Using The Cathedral of Christ the Light mobile app you will always be connected and only a tab away from the Oakland Diocese Cathedral’s upcoming events sponsored and supported by Cathedral Ministries.

The events in the newest Catholic cathedral in the United States occur inside and on the plaza of one of the most amazing architectural wonders of the 21st century. The award-winning architect, Craig Hartman, is from the firm of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill. The events run a full spectrum from the Twilights by the Lake (food, wine, music overlooking beautiful Lake Merritt) to outstanding concerts featuring world class performers. These are accompanied by docent led tours of the Cathedral and grounds. Tours are also given daily and by request.
